How does the "1-Click Setup" actually work?

We use a secure protocol called Domain Connect. If your domain is with a major provider like GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Google, IONOS, Name.com or Bluehost & HostGator, our platform communicates directly with them. You simply approve the connection, and we inject the correct security records for you instantly. We monitor for 14 days your mail data to move progressively from p=none to p=quarantine to p=reject to not break any third party mail you use.

What if I don't know my registrar credentials?

No problem! We offer a free support to help you recover your credentials. If you’re locked out or can't find your login, one of our deliverability experts will hop on a quick 10-minute screenshare call with you. We’ll help you recover access and handle the technical configuration for you.

Will setting up DMARC break my current newsletters or CRM?

No. We start every domain in "Monitoring Mode" (p=none). This allows us to see who is sending emails on your behalf without blocking anything. Once we verify your tools (like Mailchimp or HubSpot) are safe, we move to strict enforcement together.

What is the difference between SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?

Think of them as a security team: SPF is your guest list (who can send). DKIM is the wax seal on the envelope (proving it hasn't been tampered with). DMARC is the security guard that checks both and decides whether to let the email in or kick it to the spam folder.
